Forever Wingman Plus (“FW+”) is a digital educational product created by Forever Wingman, LLC (“ForeverWingman,” “we,” “us”), a Georgia limited liability company. It provides self-paced learning modules, career-exploration tools, and an AI Wingman related to enlisting in the United States Air Force. These terms (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Forever Wingman Plus.

By purchasing or using Forever Wingman Plus, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the product.

Forever Wingman Plus is a one-time purchase of $97 that provides lifetime access to our educational modules about the Air Force enlistment process, along with career-exploration tools and an AI study assistant. All content is informational and based on independent research — it is not official Air Force material.

Forever Wingman Plus can never guarantee that all of its information is complete, current, or correct. The United States Air Force, the Department of Defense, and the Military Entrance Processing Command continually change their policies, standards, requirements, scoring, eligibility rules, career-field listings, bonuses, and procedures — often without public notice. Our content is researched in good faith from publicly available sources and may become outdated at any time.

Because of this, you should treat everything in Forever Wingman Plus as general educational guidance only, never as the final or authoritative word. Before making any decision — including enlisting, selecting or qualifying for a career field (AFSC), signing any contract, or relying on score or eligibility requirements — you must independently verify the current information with an official source, such as an Air Force recruiter, an official .mil website, or your Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). ForeverWingman is not responsible for any decision made in reliance on information that has since changed.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license to access Forever Wingman Plus content. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your account credentials. Each purchase includes one free companion seat for a parent or spouse, claimed through your account settings; the companion seat is a separate account and may not be sold or transferred. Content may not be reproduced without written permission from ForeverWingman.

Forever Wingman Plus includes an AI Wingman. The assistant is provided for educational convenience, may produce inaccurate or incomplete answers, and is subject to the same accuracy limitations described above — always verify its responses against official sources. Your conversations may be processed by third-party AI service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to: (a) share, resell, or provide access to your account or the content to others; (b) attempt to scrape, copy, extract, or republish the content or train any model on it; (c) misuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or the AI assistant; or (d) use Forever Wingman Plus for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

Forever Wingman Plus comes with a 60-day MEPS-Ready Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 60 days of purchase — no questions asked. Refunds are processed via your original payment method through Stripe. After 60 days, all sales are final. Downloadable worksheets and checklists are yours to keep regardless of refund status. Forever Wingman Plus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Air Force, Department of Defense, or any government agency. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForeverWingman’s total liability arising out of or relating to Forever Wingman Plus will not exceed the amount you paid for the product, and ForeverWingman will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Forever Wingman Plus will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Forever Wingman Plus after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
