Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Forever Wingman, LLC (“ForeverWingman,” “we,” “us”), a Georgia limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Forever Wingman Plus (“FW+”). By using Forever Wingman Plus, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, and password (passwords are securely managed by our authentication provider; we never see them in plain text).
• Purchase information — processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your purchase and limited billing details. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage and learning data — your course progress, notes, saved career fields (AFSCs), quiz responses and results, and messages you send to the AI assistant.
• Analytics and device data — pages viewed, approximate location, browser/device type, and similar information collected through cookies and analytics tools.

We use your information to:

• provide, maintain, and improve Forever Wingman Plus;
• process your purchase, refunds, and companion-seat redemption;
• send transactional emails (account, purchase, and support);
• operate the AI study assistant and personalize your experience;
• analyze usage to improve our content and product; and
• protect against fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate Forever Wingman Plus, and only as needed to provide the service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage of your account and learning data.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing and receipts.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — usage analytics. We may associate analytics activity with a logged-in user ID to understand product usage.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and authentication emails.
• Third-party AI providers — messages you send to the AI assistant are processed by AI service providers to generate responses.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: essential cookies that keep you logged in and the service working, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that help us understand how the product is used. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may break parts of the service.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which removes your personal account data subject to records we are required to retain (for example, purchase records for tax and accounting purposes).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update much of your information directly in your account settings, or contact us at info@foreverwingman.com to make a request. We do not sell personal information.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls through our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Forever Wingman Plus is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, please use Forever Wingman Plus with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of Forever Wingman Plus after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
