DMCA / Copyright Policy

Forever Wingman, LLC (“ForeverWingman”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Forever Wingman Plus to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement and may remove or disable access to material that is alleged to be infringing.

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content available through Forever Wingman Plus infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent (below) that includes all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., for the State of Georgia) and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

ForeverWingman may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Forever Wingman Plus may reference or link to third-party material, such as videos and news articles, that is hosted by others. Requests to remove content hosted on third-party platforms should generally be directed to those platforms; however, we will address valid notices concerning links surfaced within Forever Wingman Plus.
