Refund Policy

Forever Wingman Plus is a digital educational product sold by Forever Wingman, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund. By purchasing Forever Wingman Plus, you agree to this Refund Policy, which is part of our Terms of Service.

60-Day MEPS-Ready Guarantee

Forever Wingman Plus comes with a 60-day MEPS-Ready Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are made right inside your account — no email needed:

  1. Sign in and go to your Account page.
  2. Find your purchase under the Purchases section.
  3. Click Request Refund and confirm in the dialog.

The Request Refund button appears only while you are within the 60-day guarantee window. After you submit, your request is marked Pending Review and is reviewed by our team. Eligible requests made within the 60-day window are honored.

How Refunds Are Issued

Once your request is approved, your access to the course is revoked and a full refund is issued to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. This typically takes a few business days, and the time for funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

After 60 Days

After 60 days from the date of purchase, all sales are final and the Request Refund option is no longer available.

Downloadable Materials

Any worksheets, checklists, or other downloadable materials you have already saved are yours to keep, regardless of a refund.

Companion Seats

Each purchase includes one free companion seat for a parent or spouse. Because a refund ends your access to Forever Wingman Plus, it also deactivates any companion seat you have shared — the parent or spouse using it will lose access too. The companion seat has no independent cash value and is not separately refundable.
